Today I learned how to brick my entire system with a systemd file. I'm never doing that again.

I'm finally caving in and setting up a #LBRY account. I avoided it when it required an app to use but now that you can use it with a browser it seems like a better option. I'll share the link when I have one.

My dad passed away on Friday. This is part of the reason I've been kinda quiet lately.

My dad was an awesome old nerd. We learned how to build a PC together in the 90s and we've both often loved to chat about tech and photography.

He was an awesome guy.

I feel for my Momma. They've been in love for over 50 years and she's doing her best to adjust without her best friend.

It's been about a month and a half with this x1 carbon. The 1440p screen seems to be more compromise than benefit.

Seriously considering upgrading to a 1080p. If it the lower resolution is brighter I might jump on that.

We need open mesh networking now more than ever. More and more governments are using Internet shutdowns to gain control of the the people.

This will only get worse.
